Es<br \/>una ceremonia que se celebra en India para conmemorar los<br \/>cambios estacionales, as\u00ed como diferentes acontecimientos importantes de la vida. El n\u00famero 108 se considera<br \/>\u201csagrado\u201d por diferentes motivos religiosos, culturales y astron\u00f3micos, no solo en la cultura Ind\u00fa, tambi\u00e9n en muchas civilizaciones<br \/>sobre todo orientales.<br \/>Se pretende preparar cuerpo y mente para los cambios que est\u00e1n<br \/>por llegar, convirti\u00e9ndose en una meditaci\u00f3n activa mediante una<br \/>secuencia de posturas que conecta con nuestro cuerpo a trav\u00e9s<br \/>de la respiraci\u00f3n para trabajar nuestro prop\u00f3sito o Sankalpa.<br \/>Experiencia muy transformadora que nos oxigena y renueva, a<br \/>nivel f\u00edsico, mental y energ\u00e9tico.<\/p>\n<p>El escenario elegido para celebrar dicho acontecimiento es el<br \/>\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/feralasuitesgranada.com\/el-carmen-ferala\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Carmen FerAla<\/a>\u201d (finales del s.
